We all struggle with wanting to change things in our lives to become healthier, but can't do it on our own. To lose weight, we try diets. To be successful in relationships, we read self-help books. To make more money, we try not to spend beyond our means. To have to best career, we try to better educate ourselves. Finally, for spirituality, we seek guidance from different sources.
We all have habits we repeat over and over, but don't know how to stop repeating them. We then struggle with issues such as: diabetes, heart disease, obesity, depression and anxiety among a plethora of other life challenges.
The problem to make changes in one or all of these areas is overwhelming - but now there is help - as a Healthy Life Coach, I have the key skills to guide you in making those changes.
Through a weekly one-on-one session, you will learn the reason for those repeated habits and perspectives. Most importantly, you will learn how to identify and conquer these issues with strategies to make lasting changes.
