I really liked your tip about making a food journal. I both really like my food and tend to eat till I am too full. Then my stomach hurts and I know that is not good. I also tend to have excess gas, but not sure what foods affect me. Also, I didn't realize food can affect moods. I think I will make two columns in my journal. One for digestion and one for mood and as I journal my meals I will pay close attention to the affects I get in both areas. Thank you for your advice.
