Yes, whenever I remember to live in the moment I feel good and enjoy what I am doing. I have to push aside my thoughts of what I am making for dinner, or what will I be doing in a year from now. The here and now is what we are living, so I agree let's learn to enjoy. I also have to learn not to feel guilty when the moment is recreational like making crafts and watching tv. Those moments are important too.
