I usually sleep really well. Sometimes I struggle with anxiety and worry about the next days events and that makes it really difficult to sleep. I usually have a nice cup of decaffeinated herbal tea about an hour before bed. I also read to avoid using computers or electronics about a half hour before bed. It mentions the lighting from the devices can affect your sleep. The thing that really works for me is calming my mind by reading a devotional and praying. I really enjoy your articles and posting on this site.
