Did you know that you can avoid depression by being grateful? Having a grateful heart is not easy but once you start practicing an attitude of gratitude it becomes a part of your life. Wow, what an awesome topic. I know how easy it is to be negative in a situation and let things get out of hand in my mind that often leads to anxiety and depression. I know the days I try to be grateful no matter what my situation is, I feel so much better. I know that is because God wants us to appreciate our blessings. All of us have blessings. I just recently moved and felt like I had no friends. But then God brought some people in my life because I thanked him for my move and know he knows what is best for me. I am grateful that God is always there in my life.
