Exercise improves your mind, body, and spirit

Do you exercise daily? Did you know it will make you healthier physically, mentally, and even spiritually? One of the best exercises is yoga. If you never have tried it you should. It can really make a difference in your life. Read Exercise is good for the Mind, Body, and Spirit for more information. Also, please share if you exercise and what type of exercise you like best. When you exercise do you feel better? How often do you exercise?

I thought yoga was more of a cult or against Christianity. Now I can see meditation can be focused on God and God's word as well. Other exercises I like are spinning, walking, hiking, and doing exercise videos off of YouTube... Jessica Smith is favorite. I try to exercise daily, but life can get in the way. I have learned to try exercising in the morning and just make it part of my daily routine. I do feel better on the days I exercises. Thanks for all your great articles and posts.
