I thought yoga was more of a cult or against Christianity. Now I can see meditation can be focused on God and God's word as well. Other exercises I like are spinning, walking, hiking, and doing exercise videos off of YouTube... Jessica Smith is favorite. I try to exercise daily, but life can get in the way. I have learned to try exercising in the morning and just make it part of my daily routine. I do feel better on the days I exercises. Thanks for all your great articles and posts.
